Dr. Sasha Sher, of the University of California, Santa Cruz, will be discussing how understanding the brain is one of the most important scientific frontiers of our time. He will reveal a unique technology for detection of neural activity developed by a team of physicists, engineers, and biologists and discuss how this technology helps our understanding of the neural circuitry responsible for processing of visual information.
