Papers, etc.
Papers are at the Huntington Library. Excellent introduction, presumably by Mt. Wilson archivist Helen S. Czaplicki. 22 boxes, partially catalogued by Henrietta Swope.
There is a bibliography of works by Baade compiled by Th. Schmidt-Kaler and H. Wendker appended to O. Heckmann’s obituary of Baade in Astronomische Gesellschaft Mitteilungen 14, 5-11 (1960). The complete list was to appear in Die Sterne.
The AIP Niels Bohr Library & Archives has a 1977 oral history interview conducted by David DeVorkin [Swope was Baade’s assistant].
